Refund policy

We are happy to offer a full refund for items if they are returned with their original packaging, unworn and fit for resale, within 28 days of delivery. Items will be refunded by their method of payment.

We will not accept returns where the jewellery has been tampered with, where the cuffs have been resized. Therefore we recommend that if you have bought an item from our Renaissance collection you do not adjust or resize the cuff unless you are sure you would like to keep it. Custom orders are not returnable except in the unlikely event that they arrive faulty. 

We do not cover expenses for returns. It is for the buyer to ensure that returns are delivered and received safely. Therefore we recommend that they are sent signed for. We will not cover losses if the returned parcel is lost/damaged in the mail. We will only accept returns on unworn items in their original packaging.
