Personalised Items of Jewellery / Arabic Name Necklaces:

 

When buying our personalised name necklaces you are entitled to make reasonable changes by replying to our email once you have been sent the initial design. 

You must provide a valid email address when purchasing a custom order so that we can contact you and approve all details. You are given 24 hours to reply to any email we send regarding purchases of this item. Failure to reply will be taken as consent to the details of the email and your product will be sent on to the next stage of creation and/or delivery. 

Custom purchases cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged except in the rare instance that they arrive faulty or damaged. We reserve the right to cancel and/or refund this order if the buyer is not responsive to emails. We may not offer a full refund of this order if it has already progressed to the design stage, as we will be liable to paying our designers for work that has already commenced on your order. Please allow at least three weeks for custom orders to arrive. If you need them more urgently, custom orders can be expedited for a further charge. Please contact us for more details.

Please note that the design of your item remains the property of Verses London. We may use images of your personalised piece for advertising on any of our platforms. We may use the design or aspects of it in our future work.
