Inspired by the pearly moon and twinkling stars, these simple but sparkling earrings are the perfect addition to any day-to-night outfit.
The first colourway is a monochromatic combination of pearl and cubic zirconia. Pearls have an obvious moonlike quality, but I love how they hint at the deep, intimate relationship between the night sky and the open ocean. Both are bitterly cold, fiercely independent, full of hidden secrets but they meet each night in their isolation, the moon lighting each rippling wave.
The second colourway is a truer-to-life use of Alexandrite, a colour changing stone largely mined in Russia and not often used in British jewellery. This is a shame as there are few stones more magical than Alex and it is the perfect representation of the brightest stars which burn fiery blue.
